Returns

1. Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized products.

Digital downloads or gift cards.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Return Process:

Contact us at support@cavemanrunners.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
